2026 Arizona Cotton Industry Meeting

You are cordially invited to the Arizona Cotton Industry Annual Meeting.

This year’s meeting will be held at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Weds., June 10th & Thurs., June 11th.

The theme of this year’s meeting is ‘In Cotton We Trust’ and we will be focusing on sustainability and co-products of cotton. We are partnering with the Arizona FFA, and our meeting guests, to collect used jeans for the Blue Jeans Go Green Campaign. Blue Jeans Go Green is a partnership between Phoenix Fibers and Cotton Incorporated. The program utilizes old jeans by making them into insulation used in Habitat for Humanity construction and other sustainability initiatives. We ask that you save any of your jeans from the donation bin and bring them to Flagstaff to help us reach our goal!


We will have a hosted reception and outdoor barbeque on Wednesday evening on the lawn, and in the spirit of continuing our theme, request that you wear your favorite denim outfit. Our Thursday meeting will begin at 8:00am. with continental breakfast available prior to speakers at 7:30am. Concluding our speakers on Thursday, we will have a hosted cocktail hour followed by dinner.  The Annual Golf Tournament benefiting our scholarship fund will begin Wednesday at 10:30am This year we must utilize tee times, which deviates from our typical shotgun start. Tee times are available on our website on a first come first serve basis -so please register ASAP to obtain your desired tee time!


Please make your reservations as early as possible as we will not be able to extend our cut-off date of May 13th. When making your reservation at the Little America Hotel please inform them it is for the Arizona Cotton Ginners Association and Arizona Cotton Growers Association Block. The rate per night for our conference ranges from $195.00 to $215.00 Please visit this website to reserve your accommodations. We have secured the group room rate for the entire week of June 8th -16th for anyone who would like to take advantage of the great weather and beautiful scenery beyond the days of the meeting. Rooms for pre- and post-event dates are subject to availability, so booking promptly is encouraged, and note their 24 hour cancellation policy


We are excited to host this event and hope you will make it a priority to attend. It is a great way to share information, catch up with old acquaintances and build new relationships. The agriculture industry in general is ever changing, and it is important to keep the cotton community cohesive, informed and progressive. We hope to see you in June!
