You are cordially invited to the Arizona Cotton Industry Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at a new venue this year — the Sedona Hilton Resort at Bellrock in Sedona, Arizona. The dates are Wednesday, June 11, 2025 & Thursday, June 12, 2025. Register by May 9th to qualify for the early bird raffle! All attendees who register before the deadline will be entered to win a Springfield Armory Hellcat 9mm Pro with a Gear package- a $620 value!

The Annual Golf Tournament benefiting our scholarship fund will begin Wednesday at 11:30am, with registration for the Conference beginning at 3:00pm. for those who have not pre-registered. A hosted reception and outdoor barbeque will be held on Wednesday evening. Our Thursday meeting will begin at 8:00am. with continental breakfast available prior to speakers at 7:30am. Thursday evening, we will have a hosted cocktail hour followed by dinner. 

Please make your reservations as early as possible as we will not be able to extend our cut-off date of May 9th. When making your reservation at the Sedona Hilton Resort at Bellrock please inform them it is for the ACGA Block. We have secured the group room rate for the entire week of June 8^th -16^th for anyone who would like to take advantage of the great weather and beautiful scenery beyond the days of the meeting. The resort concierge can assist in arranging off-site family activities, and we are happy to facilitate connections for meeting attendees.
